The delegation from Caucasus University visited the Faculty of Veterinary Medicine

The leading delegation from Caucasus University, located in the city of Kars, Turkey, visited the Faculty of Veterinary Medicine at Azerbaijan State Agricultural University (ADAU) as part of their visit to the university.

First, the guests familiarized themselves with the material and technical base of the faculty and the conditions created for students to receive education that meets the latest standards. At the university’s veterinary clinic, the guests were informed that examinations, ultrasound diagnostics, X-rays, and surgeries are carried out according to the highest modern standards by experienced veterinarians from the faculties of Veterinary Medicine and Animal Science.

They then toured the Anatomy and Pathology Anatomy museums, the Open and Closed Aquaculture Center, and the Greenhouse Complex.

Later, Najiba Nasibova, the education advisor at the Embassy of Azerbaijan in Turkey, and Hüsnü Kapu, the rector of Caucasus University, held a meeting with a group of professors from the Faculty of Veterinary Medicine.

During the meeting, ADAU’s rector, Zafar Gurbanov, stated that all necessary steps are being taken at the Agrarian University to train agricultural specialists, particularly experienced veterinarians. He mentioned that many upcoming local and international projects will further accelerate work in this area. Hüsnü Kapu expressed his satisfaction with the meeting with the academic staff and provided information about the higher education institution he represents.
