The ADAU development strategy for 2021-2025 is based on the Decree and Order of the
President of the Republic of Azerbaijan, relevant decisions of the Cabinet of Ministers of
the Republic of Azerbaijan, current legislation in the field of scientific research, state
programs, Orders of the Minister of Science and Education of the Republic of
Azerbaijan, experience of foreign universities, and Statute of the University.
