An open lesson on the topic of “Food Safety and HACCP” has been conducted

An open class on the topic of “Food Safety and HACCP” was held at the Faculty of Veterinary Medicine of Azerbaijan State Agricultural University (ADAU).

The class, presented by Dean Shalala Zeynalova and attended by faculty and students, covered the history of HACCP, provided detailed information about HACCP, discussed food safety, the proper adherence to hygiene rules, and addressed the elimination of some of the most dangerous diseases such as salmonellosis, brucellosis, and listeriosis. It also highlighted the persistence of antibiotics in milk and their harmful effects on the body.

In the discussion-format class, students’ questions related to the topic were answered.
