The event was organized by the Executive Power of Ganja City, with support from the Ganja Regional Department of the State Service for the Protection, Development, and Restoration of Cultural Heritage under the Ministry of Culture of the Republic of Azerbaijan, the Ganja-Dashkasan Regional Department of Culture, the Ganja State Historical-Cultural Reserve, and the Ganja Branch of the Azerbaijan National Academy of Sciences (ANAS).
The event, hosted at the Azerbaijan State Agricultural University, featured participation from prominent representatives, including Yadigar Bədəlov, Head of the Department for the Protection of Cultural Heritage of the Ganja City Executive Power; Aidə Qasımova, Vice-Rector for Student Affairs of ADAU; Nurəddin Babazadə, Sector Head of the Ganja-Dashkasan Regional Department of Culture; Nail Məmmədov, Head of the Ganja Regional Department of the State Service for the Protection, Development, and Restoration of Cultural Heritage; and Vüsal Alıyev, Deputy Director of the Ganja State
Historical-Cultural Reserve. Attendees also included representatives from relevant government bodies, faculty and students from higher education institutions, as well as local residents of Ganja.
